Thank you for shopping with Primal Gear LLP (“we”, “us”, “our”). This Shipping Policy explains how we handle shipping, delivery, costs, and related issues for orders placed on www.theprimalsports.com.


1. General Shipping Information

  • We process and ship orders from our base in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.
  • Order processing time typically takes 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) before shipment.
  • Once your order ships, delivery time depends on your location, chosen shipping method, and any applicable customs or logistical delays.

2. Delivery Zones & Estimated Delivery Times

* "After Dispatch" means after you receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Standard Shipping is available on all domestic orders above INR 5,000 (after discounts, before taxes if applicable).
  • Orders below INR 5,000 will incur a shipping fee, calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and size of the items.
  • Any duties, customs, or import taxes for international shipments (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email (or SMS, if provided) with a tracking number.
  • You can monitor status via the courier’s website or tracking link provided.

5. Delays, Loss, or Damage

  • While we endeavour to deliver on time, delays may occur due to courier issues, natural events, public holidays, or logistic challenges. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control, but we will assist wherever possible.
  • In case of damage in transit or lost shipments, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery (for damage) or within 5 business days if delivery was expected but not made. Provide photographic evidence of damage, or any proof required, so that we may assist with claims.

6. International Shipping (If Applicable)

  • We may ship internationally to select countries. International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs clearance, or other fees their government may charge.
  • Delivery time for international shipments varies greatly depending on country, customs clearance, courier service, and other external factors.

7. Returns & Exchanges Related to Shipping

  • If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective item, we will arrange for a return or exchange at no extra cost.
  • For other returns / exchanges (e.g. change of mind), the policy under our Refund Policy applies, and return shipping charges may need to be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
