This Payments Policy explains how payments are accepted, processed, and governed for all 🔗 purchases made through www.theprimalsports.com (“Site”), operated by Primal Gear LLP.


1. Accepted Payment Methods

We strive to make your checkout experience smooth and secure. We currently accept the following methods of payment:

  • Credit Cards / Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, Maestro, American Express, etc.)
  • UPI Payments (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM UPI, etc.)
  • Net Banking (major Indian banks)
  • Wallets & Pay-Later Options (where available via our payment gateway)
  • International Cards & Payment Gateways (subject to currency conversion and bank charges)

Note: Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available only for select pin codes and products. COD orders may have a nominal handling fee.


2. Currency
  • All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • If you use an international card or bank, your payment provider may charge additional currency conversion or cross-border transaction fees. These charges are not under our control.

3. Payment Security
  • We use secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways to process all online payments.
  • We do not store your credit/debit card details on our servers.
  • All transactions are encrypted and protected using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology.

4. Payment Confirmation
  • Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email/SMS with your order details.
  • If payment fails but the amount is debited from your account, please contact us immediately with proof of transaction. We will coordinate with the payment gateway/bank to resolve the issue.

5. Failed / Declined Payments
  • If your payment is declined or fails due to incorrect information, insufficient funds, or technical errors, the order will not be confirmed.
  • In such cases, you may retry using the same or a different payment method.

6. Refunds
  • Refunds (if applicable) will always be made back to the original method of payment used at checkout.
  • Refund timelines may vary depending on banks, card providers, and gateways, but generally take 7–10 business days after approval from our side.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms
  • COD is available only in select serviceable locations and for eligible products.
  • Orders placed with COD may require a verification call/SMS before dispatch.
  • Failure to accept COD deliveries may affect your eligibility for future COD orders.

8. Taxes & Invoices
  • All prices displayed on our Site are inclusive of applicable GST (Goods and Services Tax) unless otherwise stated.
  • A valid invoice will be issued with every order.
