Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Primal Gear LLP (“we”, “us”, “our”). We hope you are delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 10-day refund policy under the terms set out below.
1. Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- You must request the refund within 10 calendar days of the date of delivery.
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, with all original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or email confirmation).
- The product must not have been damaged through misuse, wear & tear, or unauthorized modifications.
2. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund:
- Contact our Customer Care via email at info@theprimalsports.com or call +91 99407 10888, quoting your order number, description of the issue, and photographs(s) if relevant.
- We will verify your request and respond within 2 business days with instructions for returning the product (if applicable).
- You will be responsible for safe packaging of the item for return. Unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, manufacturing defect, etc.), you may need to cover the return shipping costs.
3. Refund Processing
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
- If approved, the refund amount (less any shipping or restocking fees, if applicable) will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:
- Items damaged after delivery due to misuse, improper care, or modifications.
- Items not in original condition, missing original packaging, parts, or accessories.
- Items purchased on sale / clearance may only be eligible for exchange or store credit (stated explicitly at time of purchase).
- Products specifically marked “non-returnable” at time of purchase.
5. Exchanges & Store Credit
- If you prefer, an exchange for a different size, colour, or product may be possible depending on stock availability.
- If an exchange is not possible, we may offer store credit equivalent to the purchase price (excluding shipping or other applicable fees). Store credit must be used within 6 months from issue.
6. Faulty or Defective Products
- If the item you receive is defective, damaged, or not as described, you may return it for a full refund including return shipping.
- Please report such issues within 10 days of receipt. Provide photographs and details so we may assess and expedite the resolution.
7. Cancellation Before Dispatch
- If you change your mind before your order has been shipped, you may cancel the order and obtain a full refund.
- Once the order has been dispatched, the regular refund policy (as above) applies.
